They check you in and never call you back, I never heard from my service advisor, and when I called back to see if my vehicle was done, he had "left early for the day" Also the female who took my call, spok from my service advisor, and when I called back to see if my vehicle was done, he had "left early for the day" Also the female who took my call, spoke to me (over the phone) like I was an idiot. Then, when I came in to pick up my vehicle, instead of bringing it around for me, I had to walk to a back parking lot alone and find my vehicle. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More
