The woman who checked me in was rude and very dismissive of my concerns or the information I shared about my car. This is the second time I’ve had to work with her and she was just as dismissive the last ti of my concerns or the information I shared about my car. This is the second time I’ve had to work with her and she was just as dismissive the last time. More concerned about getting back to her food than helping me. As for the dealership, I brought my car in a few months ago because I felt my breaks were slipping. Despite the woman saying it wasn’t a valid concern, they supposedly checked it out and said nothing was wrong. Then I come in for maintenance and surprise, my alignment is off. Why wasn’t this addressed when I brought my car in the first time? In addition, when I picked up my car, there were oil stains on my visor. Though I will say they cleaned most of it off when I brought it to their attention. I am very disappointed in Toyota Direct. If I had another choice close enough, I would not go to them. More

The online assistant made an appointment for me which I chose to be a Monday, Labor Day. I showed up at the appointed time but everything seemed to be closed so I went back the next day at the same time a chose to be a Monday, Labor Day.
