The honesty of the Toyota direct service is not as expected, last time I brought my sienna for tier rotation, I was initially charged for that, and I discovered that it was not rotated, if I didn’t kn expected, last time I brought my sienna for tier rotation, I was initially charged for that, and I discovered that it was not rotated, if I didn’t know that it would end with me paying for something not done. Now I cannot guarantee that all previous services was done properly or not. I mentioned that in the previous message, no response at all. That made me mad since no one from the customer service cared about that. I purchased two brand new cars from you. and you payed me back my loyalty to the place. Now I would not recommend you to any one. More

Dealership is great. Direct Drive sold me the worst car in 60 years. Since February 24 I have spent $600 in repairs. Oh and the worthless warranty they sold me covered nothing. The fix at your shop was loose sparkplugs that Direct Drive left loose when repairing an oil leak. I will never step foot on that property and everyone who works at Columbus City schools will be told how they sold me a lemon and a worthless warranty. The Better Business Bureau is also going to hear about their shotty business. When I bought a used car from your lot many years ago I was treated with respect and no push to purchase a warranty. I'm sorry to run this on you but I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone at Drive Direct or a full mailbox.
