I want to give a huge shout and thank you to Johnson Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA. We had a mechanical issue happen with our truck and was headed to get the part we thought would fix it, we saw the bay doors open to the service department and ventured over to see if we could get assistance. Instead of being told again after the first 10 we stopped to talk to "service is closed, come back Monday", we got the owner, Adam Johnson who said, let me help you out. He immediately got on the phone to one of his technician who was home with a sick baby, he spoke with us about the issue it could be and sent one of his fellow techs to help. Surprised to us, the young man on the phone showed up well as the one he had asked to come in. The young men worked on our truck trying to fix this issue so we could finish running our load of heat supplies to WNC. Needless to say they couldn't fix the issue the same day, but they helped us remedy getting the supplies to WNC. The owner, gave us the keys to a brand new Chevrolet pickup to take the load to WNC, no charge!!!! Glory to God this family business saved us and helped us above and beyond to get the job done. If anyone needs a Chevrolet or is thinking of buying one... Go as fast as you can to this dealership, I can only imagine the service you will receive and support you will receive from them, after they have done this for us. Many thanks to all who helped us there, the owner, Adam Johnson. Jake Helms and Hunter Davidson, the 2 young technicians who did everything they could to fix our issue... You all are amazing and we are so grateful to have met you all.

I can’t say enough great things about the service department at Malloy Chevrolet! Every time I bring my vehicle in, I’m treated with genuine care and professionalism. Mark and Lancer are always on top of things—efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Both Camerons are incredibly helpful and go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. James, Chris, and Sarah round out an amazing team—each one of them brings a great attitude and makes sure I leave feeling taken care of. It’s rare to find a service department where everyone is this consistently helpful, but Malloy Chevrolet has truly set the bar high. Keep up the great work, team! Wow. Taryn, that is so awesome. I had given up hope of trying to track down the backup camera issue after all this time. Thank you for bringing it to management's attention so they could take it to the next level, which to their credit they did. I know the problem may not be discovered this trip but at least I have hope you are all trying and will see it through. 😊 As a business owner for 40 years and caring deeply about our clients I give you an A+ as far as valuable employees that understand how a customer feels and helping the customer want to be loyal to your company. I felt a difference when I first walked in and how you greeted me. I was thinking this person is prepared, knows exactly what i am coming in for, asks confirming questions and is actually really listening to me. That has so often not been my experience. Which ever Tech called me to let me know it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow helped me understand it was so you could finish tracking down the problem and get it right for me. He apologized that is would take longer and made no excuses. So happy you were on duty when i walked in.
