Cannon Hughes was so attentive from day one. When I first called him explaining what was going on with our vehicle ant theat we have to get it towed to them because it wouln't start. Once we get the vehicle I will let you know. he explained that a diagnostic check had to be done first. After telling him that we had plans on going to north Carolina the weekend he said he will do everything in his power to get the car checked out and ready for trip. he called me every day with the status of what was going on. he went above and beyond by ensuring that the part that was needed would be delivered. He called me back informing me that the part had arrived and that the technician was working on the car. He told the technician that we needed the car back Friday before closing so we could go on our trip. Canon took care of us and he assured me that everything looked good. We picked our car up Friday around 5:30 and was able to make our trip Saturday. Canon did an awesome job! I will be referring him to my f all my friends and I will be asking for him every time I go back there. He is a 10+. Thank you Canon! More
