Impeccable customer service from the moment I drove into the service bay. Very well organized operation - I was in and out within 15 min (including a loaner for the day). I also asked them to have a look at some scratches all along the passenger side and see what their person could do to buff them out. They called and gave me the quote and when I picked up the car the car looked completely brand new. More

I visited Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian yesterday to have a spare key made, and I was very pleased with the service. My key came pre-programmed, so I didn’t have to pay the additional programming fee—which was spare key made, and I was very pleased with the service. My key came pre-programmed, so I didn’t have to pay the additional programming fee—which was a pleasant surprise since Mercedes services can already be quite expensive. I currently own three Mercedes vehicles (all paid for) and have purchased a total of six over the years, so I really appreciate when the dealership goes above and beyond with customer care. The service team was great, the waiting area was comfortable with plenty of seating, and I enjoyed a really good cup of coffee while I waited. Overall, a smooth, professional, and positive experience. Highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian for their excellent customer service! More
