After initially not having a very pleasant experience, leaving my car in for service for almost two weeks, they finally took the time and kindness to help me by providing me with a car for my service while my car was at the dealership for repairs. Leaving aside the unpleasantness I had the first few days, I want to thank Franchesca for helping me make my experience as a customer pleasant and thus leaving me satisfied as a Chevrolet customer. I won't leave a bad review because in the end, nobody is perfect, and everything can be resolved when the job is done right. Thank you to everyone who participated in the repair of my Trailblazer.
