Made an appointment with dealership, arrived at my appointment time. When arrived was greeted by the gentleman who drives the vehicles he was amazing. Then I stood there for 5 minutes while Bryan and appointment time. When arrived was greeted by the gentleman who drives the vehicles he was amazing. Then I stood there for 5 minutes while Bryan and also a gentleman who looked like he was a supervisor in a black polo had the look as if they didn’t want to help me. Eventually I was lined up with Bryan and the gentleman with the black polo got up and went over to another advisor spot to feel the air conditioning. So after I was checked in and waited for my appointment, I waited in the room for results. I received the video from the technician with results initially and then Bryan comes to show me results. So while Bryan was showing me my initial results another gentleman comes over and takes him away and then they comes back with a quote that was 4 times as much for a car with 59k miles on it. So the quote I was given for 800 dollars didn’t guarantee it was going to fix my problem. They needed me to pay that in order to further diagnose my problem. I disagreed and also had to mention to Bryan that I have the extended warranty. So he states he is going to contact them. I waited longer at the dealership and then after that I was told he couldn’t get a hold of them and he checked me out stating he would give me my diagnosis for free. When I had never really had a diagnosis. When I left the dealership I was told he would call me on Tuesday with the results from the warranty. It is now Thursday and I never got the return phone call with the information from the warranty results. So I was left hanging and no word from them as of yet or even a follow up but this survey More

A lot of back and forth in regards to my budget I ended up compromising. Several errors found during document signing with finance manager. Seemed to be lack of communication between the front and back o up compromising. Several errors found during document signing with finance manager. Seemed to be lack of communication between the front and back office staff. One error still pending repair days later even though when I spoke with finance manager I was told would be repaired very next day and updated contract would be sent. Not a word still. Have reached out to salesperson regarding this as well without progress made. I am somewhat disappointed I must say. Worries me that some people may be taken advantage of. Had I not paid attention to what I was signing I would’ve lost out on several things. Also still awaiting confirmation on appt for window tint and spare key for my new vehicle seems to be MIA. More

Bryan is knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Did his very best to keep my work moving and kept me informed. Service managers were horrible to deal with. Extremely rude. They upset me so much with their arrogance, that I was trading the car in at another dealership to avoid supporting Honda.
