I went in for an oil change and tire sensor check ended up needing a starter and battery. The hourly charge for different parts of the shop is ridiculous. $ 239 an hour for labor…. And the check tire light up needing a starter and battery. The hourly charge for different parts of the shop is ridiculous. $ 239 an hour for labor…. And the check tire light is on again already and I haven’t even had it fixed 6 weeks! Also when I left the dealership 3 days later the check engine light came on and I called and the shops woman manager informed me that it would be almost 300 dollars to diagnose it if it wasn’t something you all had fixed. So you need to think about how you are charging people to put it on the machine to get the code because most auto parts do it for free. Here’s another thing that was ridiculous… the young service advisor informed me that I was quoted for the 4 sensors For the price of one so the service department had to do them all. Believe me I didn’t get any deal because the cost of labor was double the parts. I know because the advisor was concerned that a starter wasn’t available so I called around and told him where to find one and the prices. My suggestion would be to seriously have a payment plan for people and have payments debited from their account monthly. I was only expecting to pay 500-600 dollars however it was almost 2000.00. Not everyone has credit cards. Help people to come back. More

Poor communication through out the 3 weeks my truck was there . What was done to it was different than what he told me over the phone . Once it was ready , I received no apology or paperwork or no one showed me what was painted or replaced . Just held out the keys and said here you go . I doubt I will ever be back for service or to purchase another vehicle . This time my vehicle was there 4 weeks . More
