Recently, I was involved in an accident that resulted in my new car being totaled. I have been through both the used and new car buying process a couple of times and have had unpleasant experiences. Not anticipating having to buy another car so soon, I was not looking forward to the process. I had been to Peacock Ford for service before, so I decided to pop over and see what they had in stock, knowing I wanted to stay in the Mustang family. I ended up working with Kevin in sales and Bryan in finance. Both of them made this process quick, easy, and enjoyable. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about everything Mustang, including all the trim levels and specs. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to speak with and never made me feel pressured to make a decision (I was between two vehicles for a good portion of the visit). Bryan was very efficient in the finance department and had everything ready to go when it was time to sign the papers. Bryan was also very pleasant and did not elicit that dreaded pressure you sometimes feel at most other dealerships when you make it to the financing stage (that made all the difference for me). I’d also like to note I have worked with Martin in service before this visit and he always does a great job, as well! Thank you and would recommend!
