Benjamin Sommerville of Sebring, so in this review you state you asked the condition of the vehicle prior to coming in however, in your Google review you fail to state this. Seems odd that you would spend so much time on the details in your first review that you would leave out such a crucial element of your complaint! Let's list the facts for the readers: Your looking to purchase a 12 model year old vehicle for under $10,000 dollars because that's your budget and you expect such a vehicle to be in perfect condition. Not going to happen. We price our inventory based on the market and its condition. You want something perfect: it's called new! Regarding disparaging you, I think not. I simply provided the readers with a rebuttal to your review and if you should see this as a public rebuke then you should consider whether it's in your best interest to write reviews that fail the sniff test.

Sorry your reading comprehension is poor but its literally in the beginning of the review. "Before making the hour-long drive to see the car, I requested an out-the-door price and asked if there were any notable defects. I was assured that the vehicle was in great shape.". You don't know my budget as I never told the salesman. I expect a vehicle thats advertised with certain features to actually have the features especially when i was told the vehicle was "in great condition". You have the vehicle advertised as under 10,000 with no mention of needing to finance or trade in to receive this price. So am i wrong for expecting the price as advertised? Some quotes from your response that were attempts to be disparaging: "I’m going to provide some balance to your review. One, you need a hobby. " "you have too much time on your hands and this time would be better spent on educating yourself" "Do us all a favor spend the money that’s burning a hole in your pocket on educating yourself " The only thing failing the sniff test is your blatant false advertisements. Again, grow up.and do better.

I completely agree, you came in swinging saying i need a hobby and attempting to insult my intelligence and degrade me based on assumptions of my budget and expectations. Pointing out your failure to comprehend what i had previously stated is far from an insult, just an observation. I hope you review your business practices to come in compliance with consumer protection laws.

I’d like to know what I’ve said that’s incorrect? Your company failed to provide disclose for broken features in the vehicle and have it advertised as having these features still. This is bad business practice and there’s laws protecting consumers from false advertising whether you want to admit it or not. I’m unhappy because none of your staff told me the truth about the vehicle before I drove over an hour to view it in addition to you having the vehicle for sale online at under 10,000 but when I get to the dealership you try to charge thousands over even before your dealer fee. If you can’t wrap your mind around my poor experience in your establishment due to your companies bad operations that’s on you. I stand behind what I said, I hope you bring your business into compliance with consumer protection laws.
