This has to be one of the best dealerships I have worked with. The sales staff was friendly, and at no time, were they pushy, aggressive, or just trying to make the sale. The finance dept was the same. I traveled in from outside the local area. They worked with me to find the right truck, had it ready for test drive when I arrived, and took an extended amount of time to explain all aspects of the truck when I bought it.

The fastest I’ve ever bought a vehicle. Rene’s son Cristian was outstanding getting me the best warranty and coverage he could for my new truck. Waited 11 months for my '23 Ford Maverick Hybrid. I have nothing but good things to say about Sunnyvale Ford. The main person I dealt with was Jim Popal the General Manger. Others in his team that helped me were Jack the salesman, Sagar the finance guy, and Sabin the Internet Sales Manager. The dealer experience was totally stress free. Not even a mention of nitrogen for tires, VIN etching, perma plate, gap insurance, market adjustment or other nonsense. I was offered an extended warranty but when I said I did not want one, there was no further mention of it. I said I was paying cash for it so there was no offer of any financing. I have read a lot of dealer horror stories online but Sunnyvale Ford has to be one of the best. My highest recommendation.
