I had a great experience buying here. I had reached out about a truck they had just posted that didn't have many photos/details. Their salesman, Chris, let me know the truck hadn't finished the reconditioning process but offered to text me any photos/details I wanted. I wasn't local so I had to trust Chris and he was incredibly supportive. I wanted to pick the truck up before I left for some travel and Chris helped make sure it made its way through the service work onetime. The finance manager I worked with, Julio, was also really nice and the paperwork was done in less than 30-minutes. Even the dealership itself is a step above the others I went to. I honestly have nothing but good things to say. They will be my dealer of choice from here on out.

Elias, Jason, Jon Booth and Frankie were all great people to work with (truly genuine, nice guys) who also worked hard to find the exact car I wanted at the best price. Trust me when I say MOST of the other dealers did not compare well to Ford Valencia. I would definitely recommend calling Ford Valencia when you’re looking for your next car. Ask for Elias or Jason.

This has to be one of the best dealerships I have worked with. The sales staff was friendly, and at no time, were they pushy, aggressive, or just trying to make the sale. The finance dept was the same. I traveled in from outside the local area. They worked with me to find the right truck, had it ready for test drive when I arrived, and took an extended amount of time to explain all aspects of the truck when I bought it.
