Got my truck back and paid for the repairs for the issue we spoke about plus had the works done. Found damage to the truck, my plastic step on the driver side was ripped off of the step completely by someon we spoke about plus had the works done. Found damage to the truck, my plastic step on the driver side was ripped off of the step completely by someone there and nobody could say what happened, Lizzie got her manager and they said they could give a discount on future work or maybe if they ever come across one somewhere they could maybe get me one (I guess she meant a used one and not just get me a new one from their parts department as they should do), also a hose in the engine was not connected when checking the oil to see where it is before leaving. Lizzie got the manager again and then the mechanic came out and took a look and said oh yeah I'm good but not that good, I miss things sometimes, and just put it back on for me and parked the truck up front for me and said he brought up front for me as a service. Not to mention how filthy the engine compartment was left, as if they left it open during a sand storm. This was absolutely a terrible service I had, especially after spending over $1900 to get the repairs done. I'm glad I took pictures of everything and was able to show Lizzie and her manager. Just not happy with this service and not sure if I'll ever bring it back here again. More
