I requested all tones be turned off. Did not happen. If my car was already in the shop and the tech went to settings and turned off "touch button beep" the charge is absurd. I had already played with that setting. If I have missed something, please let me know what tones have been set to no tone. What I requested is disable all tones. I still have a welcome tone when I get in the car and when the rear lift-gate opens or closes and perhaps others. Thank you.
