The folks at Folsom Lake Ford have always been professional and committed to servicing their customers. We have bought several cars from Folsom Lake Ford. It is a testimony in itself that we kee professional and committed to servicing their customers. We have bought several cars from Folsom Lake Ford. It is a testimony in itself that we keep returning when it comes time to purchase a large dollar item like a vehicle. It is always clean, respectful and every attempt is made to provide the customer with a good experience. We just bought the first 2027 Expedition. The vehicle is beautiful, was ready to go, and we received updates on our ordered vehicle while it made its way across the country on the train. We set a time to come in pay for it, complete paperwork and drive off. All was as smooth and stress free. We have worked with Rene many times in the past and this time worked with Gary as well. Both of these professionals are just that, professional. There is no sales pitch, pressure; it is what do you want or not want. Always a fair price and overall good experience. I recommend the folks at Folsom Lake Ford strongly, as I think you will not do better at any other dealership. I guess I would sum it up as; These guys (and gals) are as good as it gets. More
