Buying a car can be a headache, but David Martin actually made it a great experience. I’ve worked with plenty of salespeople, and David is easily the best. Having had the opportunity to work with many folks in the purchase and paperwork regarding a new vehicle purchase I found Adrian to be one of the very few who actually takes the time following up with answe purchase and paperwork regarding a new vehicle purchase I found Adrian to be one of the very few who actually takes the time following up with answers to questions prior to signing off on the vehicle as well explaining and answering questions during the sign off. This was one of the best customer support experiences I have had in a vehicle purchase. I recently purchased a new vehicle that was delivered with missing trim, which is unacceptable for a brand-new purchase. I was assured that the issue would be resolved promptly, and a replacement part wa with missing trim, which is unacceptable for a brand-new purchase. I was assured that the issue would be resolved promptly, and a replacement part was ordered with a service appointment scheduled for installation. I arrived early for the appointment with the expectation that the repair would be completed as promised. However, after waiting approximately two hours, I was informed that the incorrect part had been ordered or delivered, and the installation could not be completed. This reflects a clear breakdown in communication between the service and parts departments. More importantly, it resulted in a significant and unnecessary inconvenience, requiring me to take time out of my day to address an issue that should have been handled correctly the first time. At this point, I am dissatisfied with the level of service and attention to detail. Delivering an incomplete vehicle and failing to properly resolve the issue on the first attempt does not meet reasonable expectations for a new car purchase. More
