I would like to update and retract my previous review, as it was submitted prematurely based on the expectation that the outstanding issues would be resolved. At the time, I trusted that the dealership would promptly address the matter, which is why I initially provided a positive review. However, I ultimately took delivery of a vehicle that was incomplete, as a trim component was missing. I was informed that the missing trim would be ordered, and I later scheduled a service appointment for Saturday, May 2nd. I arrived at 7:30 AM and was advised that the repair would take approximately three to four hours. After waiting for about two hours, I was notified that the incorrect part had been ordered or delivered, and the service could not be completed. This situation has been a significant inconvenience. I have since been told that the correct part will be reordered, but the repair remains pending at this time. Given these circumstances, I am retracting my earlier review, as it does not accurately reflect my current experience.
