This was one of the best customer support experiences I have had in a vehicle purchase. I’ve been a Galpin customer since 2005 and have worked with Adrian on my last two vehicles. Yesterday I had every intention of buying out my lease and Adrienne took me through all of the options and showe with Adrian on my last two vehicles. Yesterday I had every intention of buying out my lease and Adrienne took me through all of the options and showed me the financial benefits of leasing a new vehicle. He went out of his way to find the right vehicle for my needs and within a couple of hours I had traded in my lease and was driving away in my new Ford Explorer. I have been prepping for my lease end for several months and have been working Adrian the whole time. While he specializes in commercial sales and fleets, he put in several hours for my single vehicle purchase, and I truly appreciate it. I will be back for my next vehicle. More
