A close friend recommended Galpin, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. I was able to complete most of the paperwork online and through text and let them know which car I wanted to test drive ahead of time. When I arrived, the cars were ready to go. Laura went above and beyond, even arranging to have a car brought in that wasn’t on the lot. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Santos, the finance manager, was also very helpful and explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. We ended up purchasing a car we’re genuinely excited to drive and couldn’t be happier. Buying a car can be a big and sometimes daunting experience, but everyone at Galpin was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth. If you’re buying a car, ask for Laura!

It was a good experience buying a preowned vehicle from Galpin until they wanted an extra $200 for a second key. I was under the impression that cars should come with two keys.

Buying a commercial vehicle as a young first time business owner is no walk in the park. Laura did her part to help with the buying process. She went above and beyond to help with the dmv registration process when I reached out a month after I purchased the vehicle. That is why I’m leaving this review. I appreciate the fact that she helped me when she didn’t have to. Galpin is a good dealership and I do recommend buying from them.
