I had purchased the Toyota Plus 75k maintenance package, however In your printout it showed only 55k package. I questioned if some of services performed costs weren't covered by my package. This may be a problem between what the Toyota Plus sales person indicated vs actual existence. More

I’m appreciative of the service I’ve received from Jeremy & Jim Elgin. I’m dismayed by the constant turnover and inability to track changes via notes in my ownership records and verbal agreement(s) by this d & Jim Elgin. When you’re told you over filled a tranny and one man knows that and took care and you come back and others tell you it couldn't have happened, it pisses you off as a customer. When a dealership puts on the wrong sized tires and screws up the protection in the wheel wheel and you tell them something is wrong and they send you away denying it… and you come back for the rotation and they replace all tires but not the wheel well shroud- and then want to to accept the September warranty date of the original buy versus the January date of the replacement… it leaves a bad impression. If and when the last person in this dealership I trust goes, Toyota Direct will be minus me and my patience forever. I didn’t need to buy my car there. I did it not to be working on my 30 year old Camry. Every visit has been problematic. I’m still waiting to have my chrome valve stems put back, by the way. More

I went there to change oil only to be told the car will not move until I fix oil panel for $900. How did I get there in the first place if the car cannot move???
