I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. I experienced a minor problem with my service, but it was quickly handled to my satisfaction. The service manager and service rep. could not have been any more accommodating. I received great service on my car. Mona kept me informed of the service. It took longer than expected, so she set me up with a car. Sean called me at home to let me know what was going on when Mona was of of the service. It took longer than expected, so she set me up with a car.
