I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

What can I say - after having had a poor experience with a sales associate earlier - Gary was introduced to me by the President of Klaben (Richard Klaben) and the skies cleared, the sun came out and I fell a sales associate earlier - Gary was introduced to me by the President of Klaben (Richard Klaben) and the skies cleared, the sun came out and I fell into the gentle hands of a true professional. If you had clay and were to build the most professional auto salesperson - the result would look a great deal like Gary. But looks can be deceiving - but the heart and soul of any person cannot be. I recommend Gary quite highly - not because of his outward appearance - but what is inside if him. More

I have been, over the past 10+ years, buying and servicing each and every car, truck and SUV purchased. Not once have I been disappointed - quite the opposite in fact.
