I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Louis and Angela are my go to! Honest integrity! Been buying from Klaben for 6 years now and 4 cars later and I can’t say enough awesomeness about these two folks. Angela was thoro Honest integrity! Angela was thorough with the accurate info, quick witted and we laughed thru the signing. I never actually had that great of experience as I did with Angela in finance. Now Louis! I purchased a car yesterday at Klaben Ford Lincoln. I worked with Mike Cooney: Very personable and made me feel comfortable. Thorough and gave a detailed explanation of everything. I also met some of the Klabens and they were kind and welcoming, too. Jenn did my paperwork and was very sweet. This is place is very much on the up & up with the way they do their business. The amount of time that the people who work their have been with the Klabens and their business shows their authenticity and integrity. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone of my family members and friends. I will also be returning to get oil changes and tire rotations. Bo and team were beyond amazing to work with! I put in a request a few months back, but the deal couldn’t be met due to current Ford offers at that time. Honest, fair, and pleasant transaction all around. Roscoe Woodberry helped at a drop of a pen. Mike Uzl and Tim Sterling took time out of their schedule to help with the bed liner- no questions asked, just amazing customer service! Angela Mazzagatti was thorough, yet pleasantly quick (had an impatient teenager with me). She was professional, personable, and a delight!
