I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Everyone from sales to service, parts to body shop is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. On this occasion I am quite pleased with the quality of service I received. My car runs and sounds like new. Great job addressing my concerns and making all repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. Much appreciation to Mona, Tom A, Sean and Joe F in service for their patience and outstanding customer care. Also I must recognize Artie in the body shop for all he has done for me, my family and friends over the years. The quality of workmanship is second to none. Wonderful job…..again!! For all of your auto needs, Klaben is the place!! Highly recommend!! More
