

I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Klaben, Chris Moldas, and everyone that works there are the most incredible people to do business with. From management, sales, down to service, you are never treated as "just another customer". They liste the most incredible people to do business with. From management, sales, down to service, you are never treated as "just another customer". They listen to all of your needs. They help you find what you want and work through every step to find the most affordable financing options. Most importantly, they will spend as much time with you as you need. No one at Klaben is high pressure, nor are they trying to push customers through like a revolving door. They treat every customer like family. I have been purchasing vehicles from Klaben since I was 18. I'm just shy of 50, and I have yet to step foot in another dealership. Christine and Rich have both spent numerous hours with me over the years, helping me, directing me, listening to my wants, and even bringing me back down to Earth when my wants were just not in the cards at that moment. Even in those times, they still worked with me to find an option. Needless to say, 30 years of business with Klaben, and I have never regretted one bit of it. I'm looking forward to another 30 years as a Klaben customer and the only place I purchase a vehicle. More
