I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Everyone was friendly and personal. I was greeted right in the parking lot and given a warm welcome. Luke explained everything throughly and answered any questions I had (especially reg I was greeted right in the parking lot and given a warm welcome. Luke explained everything throughly and answered any questions I had (especially regarding the service being it was a used car). There was no pushy sales and I always felt comfortable. Rich (the owner) was walking around and made sure to introduce himself. During finance they explained the options well, explained the packages and costs and again were never pushy. Before I left Luke made sure to show me all the features, made sure I was set up with the app, and even scheduled my first service. A great experience all around. More
