I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. I had not intended to purchase a car the day my husband and I visited Klaben however, being greeted by Luke Deegan made it an easy decision. He did not pressure us into any decision making but was so know and I visited Klaben however, being greeted by Luke Deegan made it an easy decision. He did not pressure us into any decision making but was so knowledgeable about the Corsair hybrid car we were looking at and even took the car out of the showroom so I could drive it. Mona and the team at Klaben Auto always go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of our vehicles. Recently, I brought my car in for a tire pressure issue, along with an oil change and tire rotat beyond when it comes to taking care of our vehicles. Recently, I brought my car in for a tire pressure issue, along with an oil change and tire rotation. During the visit, they noticed a problem with my windshield and replaced it completely—at no cost! Mona does an excellent job keeping us informed every step of the way. Truly outstanding service—5 stars! More
