I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Took my 2012 F150 in for cam phasers, worked with Aaron, Mona, Steve and Cody. My truck was completed in a timely manner and work was spot on. Soon after work was completed my vehicle developed a nonrelated Mona, Steve and Cody. My truck was completed in a timely manner and work was spot on. Soon after work was completed my vehicle developed a nonrelated issue. Everyone at Klaben was very helpful on getting my truck back and me into a rental. Issue was diagnosed, repaired and I received it back very quickly. They kept me informed on all repairs and what was needed. Klaben has now gained a new customer.
