I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Aaron the manager of Klaben Ford Service department has always taken care of me with our Ford Escape and Joe French service advisor. Mona Crooks is extremely knowledgeable and professional and a huge reason why I have been going to Klaben for service for years. I would like to buy a car from them also, but the price has always seem high and a huge reason why I have been going to Klaben for service for years. I would like to buy a car from them also, but the price has always seem higher than the Neighbor and dealerships. Oh well, I’m guessing they make more off the service anyways. More
