I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Mid November my father was involved in an accident and needed collision work done on his GMC Terrain. My previous dealings, I knew there was only one place in mind, Klaben. I spoke to Artie after the acci needed collision work done on his GMC Terrain. My previous dealings, I knew there was only one place in mind, Klaben. I spoke to Artie after the accident, and coordinated with Chris to drop off the vehicle. Insurance was quick to deem a total loss which was unacceptable so Artie and myself fought and finally got the insurance to approve repairs. Repair process was seamless, vehicle came out better than new! Much thanks for the entire team at Klaben Body Shop! As always, thanks to the entire organization for the continued help over the years!
