The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able - Sorin

The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

My experience with West Covina Toyota was outstanding. - Kbilbrew

My experience with West Covina Toyota was outstanding. There were sales personnel available to understand what i was looking for and knowledgeable. I made two visits and found my truck on the second visit. My salesperson Stephanie Felix was amazing and she went above and beyond. She help me to have a reasonable deal, she help me return my rental and took my trade-in from home. She made buying my Tacoma very easy and hassle free. I recently purchased my 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro, and - Jordan O'Brien

I recently purchased my 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro, and working with Ayman Mahmoud was hands‑down the best car‑buying experience I’ve ever had. I reached out after hours expecting a reply the next day, but within minutes Ayman had already texted me back, answered every question, and helped me schedule a test drive — even though the dealership was closed. When I arrived, the vehicle was prepped, parked out front, and Ayman was already waiting for me with a warm, professional welcome. Every step of the process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Before coming here, I had dealt with more than ten dealerships while trying to purchase a Lexus GX Overtrail Plus. Every one of them gave me the runaround — zero transparency, confusing communication, and pricing games. Ayman was the complete opposite. He was upfront about pricing, options, availability, and timelines. No pressure, no gimmicks, just honesty. He’s the kind of salesperson you immediately feel you can trust, and he proved it at every step. I couldn’t be happier with my 4Runner or the experience. Highly recommend asking for Ayman.

What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

Took our 2019 RAV4 Hybrid for 35K service and service advisor Andres A. had us do an oil change since it had been over 16 months since the last change and advised us to get new tires and an alignment. I contacted this dealership cause I was looking for a pre - Chantillylacedesserts

I contacted this dealership cause I was looking for a pre owned SUV. Alfonso texted me back after getting my credit and said “ good news” we have a way to go then he sent me their inventory . I told him what vehicle I wanted he never got back to me. Then I spoke with Gus and he said he would get me numbers like Apr terms etc for 2 days he avoided me. Then Charles contacted me again he avoided me. Then I spoke with Andrew he finally said sorry we can’t do anything. This dealership is lacking communication skills they also mark the cars up so if you were to try to refi you could not

We had an excellent experience at Santa Margarita Toyota - Tommaso F

We had an excellent experience at Santa Margarita Toyota from beginning to end. Owen, our internet contact, was very kind and helpful on the phone and made us feel genuinely welcome as soon as we arrived at the dealership. JC, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and never pushy. We never felt rushed into making a decision or pressured while working on the deal. He gave us the opportunity to test-drive two different vehicles and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Halston, the manager, was also extremely kind and cooperative while working with us on the numbers. We originally came in looking at a used 2025 Camry, but he was able to work out a much better deal for us on a brand-new 2026 Camry, which we are very happy with. Richard, the finance manager, continued the same great experience. He clearly explained the additional products, warranties, and services available without ever making us feel pressured to purchase anything. We chose a few options that made sense for us, and he was very helpful in giving us a good deal on those as well. The entire experience—from our first contact to the final delivery of the vehicle—was smooth, relaxed, transparent, and respectful of our time. Having worked in car sales myself in the past, I know the difference between a dealership that is focused only on making a sale and one that genuinely cares about its customers. From our experience, the team at Santa Margarita Toyota is honest, trustworthy, professional, and truly customer-oriented. Thank you Owen, JC, Halston, Richard, and the entire Santa Margarita Toyota team for making the purchase of our new Camry such a positive experience. We would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went in for an oil change service with an appointment... - Chris O

I went in for an oil change service with an appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half with a car wash. I was okay with waiting but it wasn't done until three hours later. There was no communication except for me asking the cashier if my truck was ready. I was finally informed by the service guy it was ready. I paid and I gave my ticket to the porter to bring my truck around it took another twenty plus minutes and was not washed. I called and complained to the service manager about my experience and all that was offered was for me to bring my truck down to get washed. I guess if you pay extra for a service contract they don't care because they already have your money.
