Been going to GBWB forever. Had always been happy with the service. Unfortunately, my most expensive oil change was this past Wednesday 10/1. Along with the price increase, my car gone from 9am till 4pm and it was not washed. You’d think a car gone all day would have been washed.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in over 35 years of buying vehicles (and over 25 vehicles). The only reason I made the purchase is they had the exact car I wanted. But their service is horrific. Every time we make an appointment and even confirmed the service - they fail to deliver. Either they do not have the appointment in their system, or they continually reschedule. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is close by and FAR better.
