I took my vehicle in for service, the SAME DAY I took delivery of the vehicle, with a driveability issue not identified on my initial test-drive. My concern was not resolved after several visits. I was t delivery of the vehicle, with a driveability issue not identified on my initial test-drive. My concern was not resolved after several visits. I was then told they couldn't fix it because they could not find the cause of the concern. The driveability concern exists and remains. I even drove with the tech in order to duplicate and verify said concern. Again, all this after only a few hours of being in my possession. I am not a happy customer and other than a brand new vehicle on order and the associated accessories that I need to order, for that vehicle, I don't know if I will ever return for service or maintenance. The vehicle in question will be going to another Ford store for repairs, sorry Boucher service. More
