I took my vehicle in for service, the SAME DAY I took delivery of the vehicle, with a driveability issue not identified on my initial test-drive. My concern was not resolved after several visits. I was then told they couldn't fix it because they could not find the cause of the concern. The driveability concern exists and remains. I even drove with the tech in order to duplicate and verify said concern. Again, all this after only a few hours of being in my possession. I am not a happy customer and other than a brand new vehicle on order and the associated accessories that I need to order, for that vehicle, I don't know if I will ever return for service or maintenance. The vehicle in question will be going to another Ford store for repairs, sorry Boucher service. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Gordie Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls and my overall experience was great. The salesman I interacted with was Fernando and he was fantastic to deal with. He was not pushy or overbearing, but rather informative and very helpful throughout the entire process. The only reason I did not give this dealer a 5-star is because of the sales manager who came out to negotiate final price. I won't get into details, but he was just plain rude. I left that day without any intention of dealing with them again. Another sales manager contacted me the following week and we reached an agreement we both felt was fair. Much more pleasant experience the 2nd time around with a different manager. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Fernando at Gordie Boucher. More
