I recently purchased a vehicle from Gordie Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls and my overall experience was great. The salesman I interacted with was Fernando and he was fantastic to deal with. He was not p in Menomonee Falls and my overall experience was great. The salesman I interacted with was Fernando and he was fantastic to deal with. He was not pushy or overbearing, but rather informative and very helpful throughout the entire process. The only reason I did not give this dealer a 5-star is because of the sales manager who came out to negotiate final price. I won't get into details, but he was just plain rude. I left that day without any intention of dealing with them again. Another sales manager contacted me the following week and we reached an agreement we both felt was fair. Much more pleasant experience the 2nd time around with a different manager. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Fernando at Gordie Boucher. More
