Good job explaining what needed to be done, challenges on getting parts, and why. There was not a lot of notice about plans to keep the vehicle. I didn't know if a loaner was an option while they kept the car. One was not offered. I shared that I travel to see my spouse in a care facility every day prior to agreeing to repairs. I had to call mid afternoon for an update of progress. I wasn't told about the 3% credit card fee when previously discussing costs, I had to scramble a bit to make sure I could write a check. Some of those communications would have made this experience much better for me. More
