My purchase experience was difficult. They were challenging to communicate with me and my credit union to where the loan payment should be sent. It ultimately took an additional 3 days to get straightened out. Issues were not disclosed at the test drive. When I contacted the dealership after purchase they refused to address because I had not purchased their warranty on a used vehicle. I chose to purchase used from a bigger dealership because of the care I assumed they gave to their used vehicles for sale. I am disappointed with Bergstrom Ford Oshkosh and the lack of customer care I have received. I have purchased several cars from other Bergstrom and I currently service my other car at another location with great satisfaction. I cannot recommend Bergstrom Ford Oshkosh. Berstrom Ford Oshkosh are not what I would expect from Bergstrom as a company. More
