Three cars over ten years, excellent service and support, - Raburkett3

Three cars over ten years, excellent service and support, knowledgeable and experienced staff that always seem to do their best for me. My truck was getting pretty long In the teeth and my rock star mechanic Gavin Fano has been taking care of me for the last 6 years, suggested I go talk to Tyler Kline who found me a great vehicle and an excellent deal on my trade, Louis Polos cleaned and prepped me for the road and Madison Shaw was a real treat in finance, in truth I felt I had a whole team of great individuals that left me with few questions and an easy process! Highly recommend and will continue to be at this dealer and Service center.

18 yr old Sons 2017 Silverado lost a battle with a deer! - tony.lynch0531

18 yr old Sons 2017 Silverado lost a battle with a deer! So the search was on. Came across a 20 Silverado Trail Boss at Silver Star. Reached out and spoke to Eric. He was very upfront and honest about the truck and shard many details (good and bad). Talked to and treated my son very respectfully! Helped him with financing option . So we made the hour drive . We were met promptly and taken to truck being discussed. It was better in person than described. It’s hard to find a dealership that will treat an 18yr old with this much respect . We will be return customers. Highly recommend working with them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience! - emmanilong16

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience! I had an amazing car-buying experience with Mr. Croom! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. The entire process was smooth and quick, and most importantly, I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. He took his time explaining everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. He even went the extra mile by showing me how to operate all the features in my new vehicle and followed up with me after my purchase to make sure everything was going well. His customer service was truly exceptional! I highly recommend Mr. Croom to anyone looking for a stress-free, honest, and enjoyable car-buying experience. 10/10, I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Greg is fantastic. - squirrel

Greg is fantastic. He's not pushy or "salesy". I've had some rough experiences with car salesmen, including at Ganley. Now I will only work with Greg, so I'll be screwed if he ever leaves! He's respectful and doesn't make me feel like a poor person when he looks at my credit and student loan debt. The service department staff are also really great. Jasmine is who I remember since she sends texts but I've worked with other service team members and all have been really kind.

Five Stars for Crown Acura – Exceptional Service and - aspen131313

Five Stars for Crown Acura – Exceptional Service and Unmatched Honesty! I recently had an outstanding experience at Crown Acura and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier vehicle service or a stress-free dealership environment. I actually purchased my Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Acura MDX from a different dealer, but before I bought it, I reached out to Chris McGrew, the General Manager at Crown Acura. Because the SUV was originally purchased and serviced at his facility, Chris was able to shed light on its exact history. Even though he knew I was ultimately buying it from another dealership, he took the time to review the records, told me the car was in great condition, and genuinely recommended that I get it. There was absolutely zero pressure from him or his staff to change my mind or buy from them instead. When the MDX needed some warranty work completed later on, I brought it straight back to Crown Acura. I was paired with service representative Ashley Rubensaal, who was absolutely great to deal with. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the warranty service that needed to be performed, and she seamlessly arranged a loaner car for me so my day wasn't interrupted. This wasn't my first time at Crown Acura; I have been to this dealership several times before, and the staff is consistently polite, helpful, and never pushy. I would have gladly purchased my MDX directly from them, but they just didn't have the specific year and model combination I was hunting for at the time. On top of the stellar customer service, the facility itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. Plus, it is located right off the freeway, making it incredibly convenient and easy to access. If you want a dealership with true integrity, go see Chris, Ashley, and the team!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my BMW XM from - larry_worthy

I had an excellent experience purchasing my BMW XM from Perfect Auto Collection. From the moment I submitted my interest online, my salesman, Ron, contacted me immediately and made me feel like a valued customer. Since I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state, Ron went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision. He personally took the time to clean the vehicle and arranged a video call so I could see it up close, ask questions, and get a better feel for its condition before making my purchase. Throughout the entire process, Ron was extremely professional, patient, responsive, and helpful. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and made what could have been a stressful out-of-state purchase a smooth and enjoyable experience. I truly appreciate Ron's dedication to customer service and the extra effort he put into making sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Perfect Auto Collection, and if you're considering purchasing a vehicle from them, definitely ask for Ron! He was outstanding from beginning to end!
