I have owned a Lexus for the past 14 years, and have always used Lexus for service. Today that changed. After scheduling a multi-day drop off with a loaner, the dealership let me drive into the facilit always used Lexus for service. Today that changed. Sales has always taken good care of me, and I highly recommend dealing with Tammy, but be wary of the service department. More
