Kevin in the service department welcomed me warmly and took the time to explain what services and I must say it was outstanding from start to finish. He also offered me a warranty oil change special that was simply too good to pass up. The lobby provided a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere while I waited for my car, which added to the positive experience. Once the service was completed, Kevin meticulously went over what had been done on my vehicle. He then assisted me at the payment counter, where I encountered another friendly employee who made the process seamless. Overall, my visit to BMW of Westlake was very satisfying.
