Dropped it off Thursday night for 8:00 a. m. appointment called at noon the mechanic was supposedly working on it but went to lunch. It was a simple battery replacement. Have been a customer at Ford in Orrville for the past 30 years. Called Thursday, 9/17 at 2:55 PM for appointment for 2017 F150 transmission flush. Appt for Saturday, asked cost, $300. Service completed Satu years. Called Thursday, 9/17 at 2:55 PM for appointment for 2017 F150 transmission flush. Appt for Saturday, asked cost, $300. Service completed Saturday Sept 19, price $415! Made an appointment for 8 am, they said about 5 hours. Called at 12:30 and they hadn't started it yet. He could have told us to come at 1:30 if it wasn't going to be done by then.
