Pascal was professional and gracious, and listened to my needs without the too often pressure sales pitch When we parted the 1st day I was comfortable knowing when I returned a few days later with my wife, it was again a pleasant experience. NO PRESSURE! On top of that was the great, overall experience from Parks Lincoln. They are an amazing TEAM who all came together to transition from one Nautilus to another. One area for improvement would be having a better explanation of the extended warranty for a CPO vehicle.

Chris, the maintenance department representative, got me in quickly and easily. He contacted me twice prior to the work being done to carefully review every item with an estimated cost for my approval. The work was completed promptly with a thorough explanation of what was done and why.
