I had a rough experience at first, and honestly wasn't sure if I'd be coming back. Thankfully, Holly completely turned things around. She truly fought for me from start to finish, kept me informed every s sure if I'd be coming back. Thankfully, Holly completely turned things around. She truly fought for me from start to finish, kept me informed every step of the way, and never gave up until everything was resolved. You could tell she genuinely cared about doing what was right for the customer. I also want to recognize Will. Even though he was very new at the time, he stepped up and supported Holly throughout the process. Together, they worked hard to make sure everything was handled the right way. In the end, they did the right thing, stood behind their customer, and restored my confidence in the dealership. Because of Holly's dedication and the support from Will, I'll continue bringing my vehicles here for maintenance and will absolutely continue purchasing vehicles from this dealership in the future.
