Bought a 24 Colorado two days ago. The valve cover was disclosed as leaking. They discounted the truck for me great there its what we agreed on. Took the truck right to a GM dealership found out today the truck has another leak from the ventilation seperator which is a 16 hr job. Wentto the dealership and was just told you bought it as is, and we wont take the vehicle back. So i basically have a $31,000 truck with a oil leakthats going to cost me at leats $7,500 to fix. I have a call in withthe bank, along with their customer relations team. To add the truck was poorly detailed, went there orginally Saturday was told the truck will be recleaned, came back Tuesday truck was dont poorly spots of white grim all pver the interior still. I was told it was addressed the day i picked the vehicle up which was 9/24/2026. Im never doing business with them. As i bought a 15 tacoma and my grandpa bought a 15 corolla from them. So if this is how they treat customers coming back then I cant imagine customers just starting fresh. I will also make sure my grandfather doesnt go there for his services anymore as well. More
