Smooth buying experience with Masood Sultany at Koons Tysons. I worked with him for three days. I bought a new Camry and traded in my old car. He and the dealership were honest with me. I knew what I wanted and approximately what I would pay. I've bought new cars before and did not look forward to the experience, but Masood was professional and helpful. He made the process relatively quick and pleasant.

We went as we were looking at options to buy a Prius. At the dealership, we came to know they are not selling this model because of some recall. Beyond that, no one was interested in even giving us any information. After some wait we were told to talk to Omar as he knows all about Prius. But it seemed like he didn't know the difference between the Prius models and kept referring to an online portal. He appeared not to be hearing us and was just trying to sell us other models which they had in stock even after we had told him what we were looking for. And when we asked him to give us the buy-back value for our present Prius, he brushed us off with some logic that did not make sense.
