My vehicle had a service appointment scheduled for 11:30 AM, and I was there expecting the service to be completed within a reasonable amount of time. Instead, I spent four hours of my day waiting, only to AM, and I was there expecting the service to be completed within a reasonable amount of time. Instead, I spent four hours of my day waiting, only to find out around 4:00 PM that absolutely nothing had been done to my vehicle. That is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for customers’ time. If there was an issue or the service could not be completed, someone should have communicated that to me instead of allowing me to sit there for four hours without any update. I understand that dealerships can get busy, but keeping a customer’s vehicle for four hours and not even starting the scheduled service is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. I wasted four hours of my day for absolutely nothing. Customers’ time matters, and Sheehy Toyota needs to do a much better job communicating with customers and managing scheduled appointments. Very disappointed with this experience. More
