I purchased a vehicle from Koons Arlington. There was a damage on the grille, which they wrote out an agreement that it would be fixed. A month has gone by and they are telling me they have no There was a damage on the grille, which they wrote out an agreement that it would be fixed. A month has gone by and they are telling me they have no ETA for getting the replacement grille because it’s on back order. They do not even offer any other kind of solution. Poor service and follow up. More
