We were looking for a Subaru Forster 2025 for a while until we met with the sales team of Subaru Owings Mills last Saturday. Ansley R. showed us a relevant video in advance so we could review the main features of it in email. On Saturday, he met with us and spent hours showing and explaining everything in detail. He was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough and likable. Manager, Tavon, made great efforts in price negotiation so that we could gladly accept. By the time we went to Ako, financial manager, it was beyond their store closing time; still he tried hard to inform us of options for Subaru maintenance programs. It was so late so Ako told us we could be back for the extended service purchase. On top of everything, Ansley followed us to our home to get our trade-in Forester title we forgot to bring to the dealer. This is our 3rd Forester and the most impressive experience ever! This Subaru dealer made our car buying easy and pleasant. Thank you for everything!
