Among all the car sales professionals I have encountered, Dennis truly stands out as exceptional. He takes the time to get to know you and thoroughly understands your driving needs. Dennis is a patient listener, never rushes the process, and possesses extensive knowledge of the automotive industry—especially when it comes to Mercedes-Benz. When I began considering a switch to an electric vehicle, I test-drove the EQS and was immediately impressed by the electric Mercedes experience. However, the EQS turned out to be too large for my needs, making parking at home and work challenging. Dennis then introduced me to the upcoming all-electric CLA, and we spent over a year discussing the vehicle, waiting for its release and eventual production. Dennis proactively reached out to me two or three times each month with updates on the car’s status. When my CLA was finally delivered, Dennis devoted an entire day to walking me through its features, with special attention to the advanced electronics. When it comes time to trade this car in, I will look no further than calling Dennis. He’s the best! More
