I'd especially like to recognize Mark Semenchuk, Matt Streete, Shawn Davie, and Bill, the service manager, for their professionalism, customer service, and willingness to take care of their customers. I recently purchased a 2020 Ford F-150 from Heritage Subaru, and unfortunately, it developed a serious transmission issue almost immediately after purchasing it. Rather than leaving me to deal with the problem on my own, Heritage stepped up, arranged to have the truck repaired, and provided me with a loaner vehicle while the repairs are being handled. Although the repairs are still ongoing, I sincerely appreciate the way everyone has handled the situation. In my opinion, what separates a good dealership from a great one isn't just how they treat you when making a sale, but how they stand behind you when something goes wrong. Heritage Subaru Owings Mills had the best price and the best, most transparent communication, all thanks to Ansley and Julia. Julia was helpful responding to emails and made the process easy. Over online and in person, Ansley was absolutely terrific. I was terrified of the car buying process, but he truly showed car in his craft and the relationships he built. There was no rush, he was happy to go into detail into anything, many times telling us details unprompted. I had a great experience online and was worried I had to deal with shenanigans once I was in person and needed to close the deal. Ansley said "we don't do that here" and he was absolutely correct.
