Ansley Ratnayake was great to work with on my Certified Pre-Owned Subaru at Heritage Subaru Owings Mills. He worked with me every step of the way to try to get the best deal he could make for me. And, his followup after the sale to help me locate an owner's manual and give some guidance a couple days later on questions I had on how to use certain electronic features available on the vehicle was so helpful. He arranged home delivery of the vehicle to me, saving me a 2 hour drive round trip. Highly recommend Heritage and would definitely ask to work with Ansley again! Just because you're off the lot--you're not forgot! Thanks for help from Tavon, Andre, Jewell, and Matt, too. All really terrific people to deal with.
Great experience buying a car from Heritage Subaru Owings Mills. Every person I dealt with was very responsive and treated me like a valued customer, from my first inquiry through purchase. Jewel (the internet sales manager) gave me a competitive quote on the vehicle I was interested in, right off the bat. Ansley (the sales representative I worked with) was fantastic. I really appreciated the time he took to point out and explain many features of the car, including ones I may have never stumbled across even after reading the owners manual. Shawn (the general manager) touched base with me multiple times, which really showed me that this dealership top to bottom cares about each customer. This was not the closest dealership to my home, but I'm very glad went the extra distance to work with these folks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore-Washington area looking for a Subaru.
Ansley was so helpful in purchasing a brand new 2026 crosstrek. I was nervous upon going to a dealership but he made the process so easy and worked with me to get a good price! Highly recommend!
Mark Dennis and the Heritage Subaru in Owings Mills team were recommended to me by a close friend who had just purchased a car through them. But I trusted my friend, and I’m really glad I did. Mark met with me on his day off and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He took the time to go over every detail of the vehicle—all while making a friendly, human connection with me. It’s an experience I’ll look back on with fondness. I couldn’t be happier with my first new car, and I plan to use the Owings Mills location for all of my servicing and maintenance. Emmett Russ and General Manager Shawn Davie were wonderful to work with. Emmett is very personable and his attention to detail when interacting with clients is exceptional. My needs were met in terms of the vehicle I wanted to purchase and the financial aspect I was comfortable with. Emmett gave me a tour of the facility including the service area. I love my new Subaru Forester Premium and could not be happier with the experience I had with everyone I interacted with at the dealership, including Finance Manager Matt Streete.
Leo Medina is a very nice and patient person; he always greets every customer with a bright smile. I live in Catonsville, but I would rather drive the extra distance to the Owings Mills branch for any vehicle service.
