We recently purchased a used BMW 3 Series vehicle from this dealership and were, overall, very pleased with the level of service we received. The sales person, Jae Lim, was extremely professional, helpfu this dealership and were, overall, very pleased with the level of service we received. The sales person, Jae Lim, was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He was excellent at communication - keeping us informed every step of the way. Because we indicated our interest in purchasing the car very soon after it was listed (before its state inspection) and the large distance we were from the dealership, we were able to make arrangements for the car to be held with a deposit until it was ready to be sold. We appreciate Jae and the management of BMW of Catonsville working with us to ensure that we ended up with the vehicle. They took care of all the issues that resulted from the inspection with no qualms. They also gave us a fair value for our trade in. The only complaint that we may have had was minor in nature. Since it appeared that we were locked into buying this particular vehicle, it was not necessarily detailed to the level that we were used to seeing with other used vehicles that have purchased. This is a minor issue, however, and not one we felt obligated to bring up to the dealership. Overall, this was a very positive experience and we would recommend this dealership and, in particular, Jae Lim, to others. More
