In fact, with the most recent sales experience, we were just contemplating our purchase and Shaun worked with us to get a car we love! He sets the tone to be one of mutual respect for both customer and dealer. Within a single day of the purchase, Shaun followed up with us to see if we had any questions (which we did,,,) and was able to provide answers and make sure we were set up to meet with one the "Geniuses" (Melanie Hernandez) who specialize in explaining all the features of the car (which there are sooo many!) I spoke to Brittany Hill in the beginning of my search for a new X7 M60i, and I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, consideration, and just overall kindness. Brittany was more than accommodating during the negotiation phase and her communication was excellent. I knew deep down that I wasn't going to beat this level of service, but I had to try. I contacted at least 15 other dealerships and no one came even remotely close in price, service, or communication. The choice was obvious. I placed my order with Brittany and the entire process was seamless, transparent, honest, and so incredibly easy. My car even showed up early and when I picked it up, I was in and out in basically an hour (which is unheard of). Britt helped me set up my digital key, register the app, and had the car cleaned. Sam Choi in finance was also the best and most efficient finance manager I've ever worked with. He was upfront, honest, respectful, and kind. We had a great conversation and he answered all of my questions without any unnecessary pressure. Awesome experience with absolutely top-tier service! I cannot recommend Brittany, Sam, and BMW of Catonsville enough, especially in an area with about 7 other BMW dealerships. They exceeded my expectations and I am beyond satisfied as a customer! I want to specifically recognize Jae Lim for his professionalism, integrity, and follow through. After the deal was completed and I took delivery of the vehicle, Jae remained fully engaged and to professionalism, integrity, and follow through. After the deal was completed and I took delivery of the vehicle, Jae remained fully engaged and took ownership of several post sale items that required coordination with multiple parties. This included sourcing a missing cargo cover, ordering and installing OEM parts, arranging detailing, and ensuring the vehicle was returned in the condition promised. Despite real logistical challenges and dependencies outside of his direct control, Jae was punctual, transparent, and proactive. He met me exactly as agreed, left his own vehicle to make things work, completed the detailing, filled the gas tank, installed the missing items, and personally delivered the car at the agreed time. What stood out most was his sense of responsibility to the customer. He treated the completion of these items as integral to the deal itself, not as an afterthought. That level of accountability and customer focus is rare and deserves recognition. I appreciate Jae’s dedication and would confidently recommend working with him. More
