Wound up leaving with a Subaru as I loved the car immediately during the drive and the team was easy and convivial to work with. The dealership experience was unlike any other I’ve had. Super friendly, very relaxed. There are other places where you feel like you need to be en guarde as the process can feel extractive or adversarial. There were no attempts to manufacture urgency, and they made sure to find answers when I asked technical questions about the car. I never felt rushed during the test drive or in my personal examination of the car. Ali was very helpful in walking us through the process. The F&I department was also not the typical high pressure trapped-in-an-office set up, Shawn was very responsive and even researched options for my unique travel situation. I came by the dealership because I was looking for a specific combination of features that Subaru cars happen to offer. I’m happy I did - thanks to this car and the sales experience, I think my wife and I are converted to being Subaru people now! (Also really appreciate the follow up check-ins after the purchase.)
